When I was a child at the age of 2, my father brought a game system which goes by the name of Sega Genesis. I played with my father that day on the game system while jumping over badniks on Sonic the Hedgehog 2. I felt freedom, I felt like I could do anything. As time grew on towards myself, I learned from gaming many things that normal people would take 10-20 years to understand. I learned unity, trust, friendship, honesty, care, and individuality. I learned so much in 19 years of being alive, I gained friends, mentors, and partners of love because of my love for gaming. When I see a person on the street playing a 3DS on the side or playing Minecraft, I smile widely. Because that person loves gaming as much as I do. When I hear a person talking about any game including the famed sports games, I smile and join in that conversation politely. I was in gaming clubs, anything that revolved around gaming. I was in it. So when I see a gamer on the street I wave, when I see someone wearing a gaming t-shirt, I will ask if I can take a picture of them with me because I never got the chance of getting that shirt. I don’t see gaming as a boys club, I want women to be in gaming. Gaming is practically one of the reasons why I’m engaged to my girlfriend Leila Edwards. My name is Xavier Mushito aka SniperFox and I love gaming because unity equals harmony in all of our lives.
